The RCM Development team raises significant support from individuals, companies, charitable trusts and foundations annually, ranging from Friends memberships to seven figure gifts. The Development Operations Manager develops and applies data across our philanthropic, event, partnership and venue hire activities, collaborates with colleagues on the successful identification and engagement of new supporters and leads on succinct reporting for the Development team, including analysis of key performance indicators. We are looking for candidates who:
- Enjoy delving into both qualitative and quantitative data, and can compile clear and compelling reports
- Have experience managing a CRM database, preferably Raiser’s Edge NXT within a fundraising context
- Can balance a diverse range of projects efficiently with excellent attention to detail
