An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen to work at the RCM for an experienced Box Office professional to supervise its online, telephone and in-person Box Office. The RCM presents more than 500 events every year and the Box Office acts a central point of contact between staff, students and external bookers. This is an exciting time to join the RCM as the institution embarks on a large scale development project to create two new performance venues, which will significantly enhance the visitor experience and provide the highest standards of excellence in training young musicians for generations to come.
The successful candidate will be a friendly, organised, and reliable individual with experience of a busy customer service environment, and good organisational skills. Using the ticket software Spektrix, the role assists the Marketing Manager in maximising income and attendance at events, and producing and analysing data to inform future campaigns. You will be accustomed to pressure and excited at the prospect of working in an environment of unparalleled musical riches and inspiring artistic achievement.
