The RCM has recently embarked on its most ambitious construction and redevelopment phase in its history and, during this exciting process of further enhancing its estate, is seeking to appoint an Estates Office Coordinator to lead on the management, development and maintenance of all office administration systems and procedures. The Estates Office Coordinator will support the smooth running of the busy Estates office as it embarks on many new exciting projects, and will provide secretarial and day-to-day support to the Head of Estates.
The successful candidate will be a strong administrator, who is able to work independently, prioritising and using initiative to achieve tight deadlines. They will be a clear and confident communicator, and have experience of providing a high level of customer service to a wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience of using a range of IT packages including Excel and PowerPoint and will be responsible for preparing and maintaining reports and databases for the Head of Estates and the wider Estates team.
