The career of BBC Young Musician 2010 and RCM JD student Lara Melda has been going from strength to strength.

Her latest engagement saw her perform of Mozart's Piano Concerto in D minor K466 live on BBC Radio 3 at 2pm on Wednesday 14 December.  She was accompanied by the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, conducted by RCM alumnus Grant Llewellyn. Between now and 21 December you can listen to her performance on BBC iPlayer.

Lara studies with Ian Jones, and has numerous engagements for 2012, including concerts in London, Nottingham and Blackpool.
