The Big Give Christmas Challenge: one gift, twice the impact

The Royal College of Music is proud to have been selected to take part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge for the seventh year.
How to donate
Supporters can make the most of this wonderful opportunity by donating via the RCM page on the Big Give website from 12pm on Tuesday 28 November until 12pm on Tuesday 5 December.

We will only be able to double donations whilst our match funds last, so please make sure you donate as soon after 12pm on Tuesday 28 November as possible!
Please note: A clear message will be displayed to indicate when the Challenge has started and when your donation will be doubled. If you start the donation process before 12pm, your donation will not be matched. You will be informed prior to making your donation whether your gift has been matched.
About The Big Give
This year the campaign will run from 12pm on 28 November, known as #GivingTuesday, until 12pm on Tuesday 5 December 2017. During this week any donation from £5 to £5,000 made to the Royal College of Music is in with the chance of being matched, doubling the donation.
Philanthropy has always played an important role in the Royal College of Music's history. The College was founded on the principle of providing access to excellence for all, and remains committed to its founding principle: that those with talent should have the opportunity to study with us, regardless of their means.
This year we are hoping to raise £90,000 to support even more talented young musicians through the RCM Scholarships Fund. The Fund enables students from all over the world and from all backgrounds to access tuition provided by the very best professors, utilise unrivaled facilities and take advantage of the exceptional opportunities available to musicians in London.
Founded by entrepreneur and philanthropist Sir Alec Reed in 2007, The Big Give is the UK's biggest online match funding campaign, helping UK registered charities raise thousands of pounds for their cause. Since the Big Give launched the campaign in 2008, the Christmas Challenge has raised over £78 million for more than 2,800 charity projects.
