Are you eligible to pay UK/EU fees?
To be eligible to pay Home/EU fees you must meet all of the following requirements:
- you must have a UK or other EU passport or an endorsement in your passport which allows you to stay permanently in the UK; and
- you must have been ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom for all of the three years preceding 1 September prior to the first day of the first academic year of the course (or have an EU passport and have been ordinarily resident in a European Economic Area (EEA) country or Switzerland for all of the three years preceding 1 September prior to the first day of the first academic year of the course); and
- your main reason for being in the UK (or EEA or Switzerland) must not have been to receive education
'Ordinarily resident' means that your permanent home address must have been in the UK, EEA or Switzerland for a continuous period of three years immediately prior to entry to the RCM. The regulation does not cover residence for educational purposes at your existing school or college; neither does it cover non-EU nationals resident in an EU country other than the UK.

If you are unable to meet these requirements, you are an Overseas student and are liable for fees at the Overseas rate.
