We offer prospective students tours of our building and facilities. Tours are held on selected Wednesdays throughout term time and last approximately one hour.
Each tour is led by a Royal College of Music student or a member of the Registry Team. Our tour leaders are friendly and welcoming, and will happily answer any questions you have about life at the RCM or how best to prepare for making an application.

Book a tour
If you are visiting London for a limited period and are unable to make any of the dates listed above, or if you have any questions about our tours, please contact our Registry team.
If you want to meet with one of our Heads of Faculty or arrange a consultation lesson with a specific professor, this will need to be arranged in advance via the relevant faculty administration team. Due to the busy schedules of our teaching staff, a meeting might not be possible on the same day.
There is normally a charge of £70 for a consultation lesson (but this may vary), which is conducted in the professor’s own time. This charge is payable directly to the professor.

See our students perform
The Royal College of Music runs a varied and extensive performance programme, often hosting multiple events per day during term time.
Attending our events is a great way to see the standard of performance at the RCM for yourself and to get an idea of the types of performance opportunities we provide for our students.
Many of our events are free and tickets can be booked online, over the phone or in person at the Box Office. Seating is limited and booking in advance is advised to avoid disappointment.
Enjoy some refreshments
A range of hot and cold refreshments is available on site.
