The Grove Forum is the RCM's public lecture series, consisting of presentations and lecture recitals given by distinguished visitors to the College as well as RCM staff and postgraduate students.
Scheduled on Thursdays at 5.15pm, these events aim to provide a platform for discussion and lively debate on a wide range of musical issues.
Our series for Summer 2012 explores Keyboard Music(s), and includes notable international scholars and performers discussing a range of related subjects - from aspects of contemporary pianism to the transcription and adaption of Indian vocal music for harpsichord in the late 18th century. For more information, email groveforum@rcm.ac.uk.
All Grove Forum events are free to attend, but a ticket is required. These can be obtained on the day from RCM Box Office staff, or booked in advance.
