Assistant Box Office Supervisor

Salary: £21,834 - £24,089 pa

The Royal College of Music is one of world’s leading music conservatoires and has trained some of the most important and pioneering figures in British and international music. The RCM Box Office sells tickets for the RCM’s two main venues: the 400-seat Concert Hall and 400-seat opera theatre, as well as for other internal and external venues at which RCM performances take place.

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Box Office Supervisor for a period of three months to assist the Box Office Supervisor in administering the day to day operation of the RCM Box Office and providing a first-class sales and information service to the public, students and staff.

Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and a demonstrable enthusiasm for live performance. Knowledge of database administration is essential and previous experience using Spektrix, Patron Edge and Patron Edge Online would be highly desirable.

This role will require some evening and weekend work and applicants should be available to start immediately.
