Mozart Divertimento in F major K138
First year musicians from the String Faculty perform an arrangement of Mozart's charming Divertimento for string orchestra.
A shining example of the composer's "Salzburg" symphonies, the piece takes inspiration from the lively Italian concerto form popularised in the 18th Century.
This event was recorded live at the Royal College of Music in London on 28 October 2020.
