New Piano Accompaniment Fellowships

Monday 18 January 2016

The RCM is delighted to announce three new Piano Accompaniment Fellowships for 2016.

Every year, the RCM awards a range of Junior Fellowships to outstanding young musicians as they set out into the profession. A Junior Fellowship gives young performers time and money to enhance their artistic skills and establish significant contacts as part of their professional development.

The new Piano Accompaniment Fellowships offer the opportunity for outstanding musicians with significant accompaniment experience to contribute to the RCM community whilst also pursuing their own vocational paths.

Applications are now invited for 2016/17 for Piano Accompaniment Fellowships and Harpsichord/Continuo Fellowship. Bursaries for these Junior Fellowships are in the region of £15,000.

Junior Fellowships are also offered for students on the RCM’s prestigious Artist Diploma programme.

For more information and application details see www.rcm.ac.uk/juniorfellowships. The closing date for applications is 15 February 2016.
