Collect in person
You can buy items from the RCM Shop in person during our regular Box Office opening hours. You can choose to collect an online purchase from the Box Office at a later date. There is no additional charge for items purchased or collected in person.
Delivery to UK addresses
The cost for standard delivery in the UK is £5.00.
Delivery to overseas addresses
We do not normally deliver to locations outside of the UK. However, please contact us about your order using the details below if you would like it to be delivered overseas. We will then determine the cost of delivery and notify you before finalising for despatch, giving you the option to cancel at any stage.

If you have made an order with an overseas address but not got in touch with us, our Box Office team will contact you to discuss your options.
Delivery times
For items being delivered within the UK, please allow 14 days for delivery. For items being delivered outside the UK, there may be a longer waiting period.
