We know that Graduation is a special day that graduands will want to share with friends and family.
As you can imagine, organising large events at the moment is challenging due to ongoing uncertainty around the UK’s timeline for reopening and what Covid-19 safety measures may need to be in place this summer. Such events take a long time to organise and at the time of planning we do not know what restrictions on events or travel will be in place in July, or what Covid-19 safety measures may be required. Therefore we have concluded that it will not be possible for guests to attend in person.
However, we will be broadcasting the ceremonies live here on our website and on our YouTube channel, so wherever you are in the world you can join us on this special occasion. Further details of how to access the broadcast will be posted here in due course.
Private celebrations
We are aware that some students may have friends and family based locally and want to arrange their own private celebration off-site before or after their ceremony. Gowns may be hired from Monday 12 July onwards and can be retained for family photos (etc) provided they are stored safely and returned no later than 5pm on Friday 16 July when the Northams hire team departs.
