Photography and certificates
Please note the booking deadline for graduation photographs has now passed. If you have missed the deadline, a photography slot is not guaranteed. Please contact the photographer Chris Christodoulou at chris@photochris.co.uk.
Individual portrait photographs will be taken in Opera Room 1 in the following timeslots:
Please note, there are now limited photography slots available for the afternoon of Wednesday 14 July. There are more available slots on Monday 12 July, Tuesday 13 July and the morning of Wednesday 14 July.

- 9am – 11am

When booking your photograph, you will be asked to indicate your chosen timeslot. The photographer will then contact you with an exact appointment time within that window. Appointments will last approximately 10 minutes. Please make sure that you arrive on time and wearing your gown to keep queues to a minimum.
Please collect your gown from Northams staff before your photo. Gowns will be available for collection on 12-14 July. You will need to book an appropriate collection slot when placing your gown order.
Tips for preparing for your photo
If you are unexpectedly delayed on the day of your photo appointment, please call the photographer to let him know on 07976 157455.
We may be able to offer an additional photography session on Thursday 15 July for students from the class of 2020, but this is currently subject to confirmation depending on the ceremony schedule. If this is possible we will add details as soon as they are available.
Group photographs will not be possible due to the latest coronavirus guidance from the government.

Graduation certificates
Graduands from the class of 2021 will be able to collect their certificates after their ceremony.
Certificates for the class of 2020 were posted to graduating students last Autumn. If you have not received your certificate, contact the Registry Assistants at registry@rcm.ac.uk.
Outstanding fees
The RCM cannot release certificates if you have any outstanding tuition fees or re-assessment fees, so please make sure these are cleared before Graduation.
If you are unable to attend Graduation, please ensure that you let us know by completing the Graduation Reply Form. Certificates will be available for you to collect from Registry during normal working hours from Monday 19 July until Friday 23 July.
Alternatively, the RCM can post your certificate to you; please ensure that you provide your preferred delivery address when completing the reply form.
