Founded in 1882, The Royal College of Music (RCM) is one of the world's greatest conservatoires. Our excellence was recognised by the 2022 QS World University Rankings, in which we ranked as the top institution for performing arts in the world.
The RCM is seeking to engage an agile Project & Operations Manager to join the diverse Estates & Facilities team at the College. The post-holder will support daily operations on campus, as well as a variety of projects.

Candidates will need to demonstrate:
• Experience in project management and facilities management
• Experience of working in fast, operational environments
• A positive and proactive attitude, quick to respond to requests
• The ability to work as part of a busy team
• The ability to make considered decisions, and where necessary take emergency action
• Ability to deal with complaints and issues in an efficient and effective way.

This post is offered on a fixed-term, full-time basis and is available immediately until 31 June 2023.
