Congratulations to everybody graduating in July 2022! Graduation day is a wonderful chance to celebrate with friends, family and RCM staff. These pages contain all the information you need to prepare for your graduation. Please make sure you read everything carefully.
We hope that you can join us on Graduation day here at the RCM, but we understand this is not possible for everyone. You can graduate in absentia if this is what you need or prefer to do. Either way, you should let us know so we can plan appropriately.
For those who will be joining us on the day, please read our information on attendance and the graduation schedule, which includes gown collection and official photography opportunities prior to the day itself.
Each ceremony will be livestreamed at the top of this page and on our YouTube channel. YouTube links for each ceremony can be found in the grey box below, so wherever you are in the world, your friends and family can celebrate this milestone.
If you cannot see the link for a ceremony in the grey box, that means the ceremony has finished, and the video will be available further down this page for you to watch again.
Watch again
On-demand version of the graduation ceremony livestreams will be included here shortly after each ceremony, for you to watch again!
Graduation ceremonies take place in the Britten Theatre. Each is followed by a reception with canapés and sparkling wine in the Amarillys Fleming Concert Hall, hosted by RCM Chairman, Lord Black of Brentwood.
If you are a guest at Graduation, we have compiled a page of helpful information about your visit, what you can expect and how to reach us.
For friends and family who will not be able to join us at the RCM, we will broadcast the ceremonies live, here on our website and on our YouTube channel.
Contact the Graduation team
You should be able to find answers to most questions here on the website. However, if you still have a question you can contact us directly. Please bear in mind that the Graduation team is increasingly busy as the day of the ceremonies approaches.
