Rafael Payare

Welcome to Spring 2019 at the Royal College of Music

We have a packed season of events this spring including our popular Orchestral Masterworks series, a host of chamber music and the return of our annual Keyboard Festival. Celebrated conductors Rafael Payere and Thomas Zehetmair undertake performances of much loved classics, including Strauss's Ein Heldenleben and Dvoƙák's Symphony no 8. We continue our varied programme of masterclasses, with famous faces including Maxim Vengerov, Gerald Finley and Edith Wiens leading the finest RCM students, and our Opera Studio stages Offenbach's rousingly comic Robinson Crusoe.
