A greatly anticipated first for the College’s online summer season, as the RCM Symphony Orchestra reconvenes for an end of term orchestral concert.

The RCM's wonderful orchestra will be joined by talanted pianist George Harliono in a programme full of romance and flair.

Recorded live at the Royal College of Music in London, this is a YouTube & Facebook Premiere.

How to watch

This event will be broadcast as a YouTube and Facebook Premiere. Join us online for live chat and to watch with audiences all over the world. If you can’t make it for the premiere event you can catch-up in your own time; the video will be available to watch on-demand afterwards.

Support the RCM

The RCM's summer season is free to watch online, but the College welcomes gifts of every size to its Scholarships Fund, through which talented young musicians can access world-class education, regardless of their financial means. More than 60% of RCM students currently receive financial support from the College, but with rising tuition fees and costs of living set against a backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, your support is more vital than ever.

Thank you.

Evening performance refreshments

The RCM offers a range of light pre-performance and interval refreshments for many of our most popular events. These are served between 6pm and 9pm (5pm for early evening performances) in the Britten Theatre Bar or in the main Foyer outside the Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall.

The main entrance to the RCM has eight steps up from the pavement and two inside the main doors. A lift is available for visitors with limited mobility. The lift is built into the smaller staircase to the left of the main entrance steps. There is an intercom button on the control panel, which can be seen and reached easily from the street. On arrival, press the buzzer to notify a member of RCM staff, who will come out to meet you and operate the lift for you.

All our event venues can be accessed by visitors with limited mobility via the lift at the main entrance.
