Music, Migration and Mobility, a unique research project bringing together an international team of musicians, researchers, musicologists and geographers, celebrates the legacy of émigré musicians from Nazi Europe in Britain.

To mark the culmination of the project, hear chamber works and songs by Robert Kahn, Ferdinand Rauter, Hans Gál, Karl Rankl, Peter Gellhorn, Joseph Horovitz, Erika Fox, Egon Wellesz, Ralph Vaughan-Williams and Benjamin Britten. The concert includes a screening of the experimental animation film The Magic Canvas by Halas and Batchelor (1948) with live music by Mátyás Seiber.

Bespoke visual design displayed during the concert by Matt Powell

5.30pm Pre-concert talk
