Hear extraordinary talent and support the next generation of musicians with the Royal College of Music’s events programme.

Our 2026/27 season is themed around Musical Innovators, putting you at the heart of the moments that reshaped the musical landscape. Beethoven runs throughout the season as a central thread, with performances this Autumn of his Eroica Symphony and the seminal Mass in C, programmed alongside Stravinsky's Firebird.

The RCM Jazz Orchestra showcases visionary bandleaders, from Count Basie and Duke Ellington to contemporary innovators Wynton Marsalis and Maria Schneider. 

Returning this Autumn is our ever-popular Wildlife Photographer of the Year concert, featuring original compositions by RCM composers performed live alongside projected wildlife photographs at our state-of-the-art Britten Theatre, in partnership with the Natural History Museum. 

Public masterclasses this term include internationally renowned pianist and RCM alumna Kathryn Stott, as well as our Ensemble in Association, the Brodsky Quartet. 

Don't forget to visit our Museum, which is hosting a series of talks, concerts and family-friendly events themed around our current exhibition on folk music.

Families and young people can join in by experiencing the thrill of workshops and performances run by the RCM Museum and RCM Sparks, our learning and participation programme.
