Live Broadcasts Spring 2014

Back by popular demand, the RCM’s ground-breaking series of live online broadcasts continues this spring.

A world-wide audience will once again be given the chance to engage with online broadcasts of masterclasses from renowned international artists, beginning with a Vocal Masterclass with Sir John Tomlinson on Wednesday 29 January, and a Violin Masterclass with Nicola Benedetti on Tuesday 4 February.

The first RCM Symphony Orchestra concert of the season on Friday 31 January is also being broadcast live. Conducted by Sir Roger Norrington, this special Memorial Concert for Michael Gough Matthews features Fauré’s Pelléas et Mélisande, Berlioz’s Symphonie fantastique and Ibert’s Flute Concerto, performed with the outstanding young Spanish flautist Andrea Amat.
